Mr. Hungeling practiced in Alston & Bird's Securities Litigation Group where he worked on high-profile securities litigation (including matters involving Healthsouth Corporation and Enron Corp., among others) as well as legal and professional malpractice cases. In 2003, Mr. Hungeling left Alston & Bird to open his own law firm.
