David Hungeling focuses his practice on complex litigation. Mr. Hungeling received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review during the 1999-2000 school year. He received his B.A. in 1995 from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as student body president, and then went on to receive his M.A. in 1997 from the University of Portland. During law school, Mr. Hungeling was a law clerk for Justice Hugh Thompson of the Georgia Supreme Court and Stephen H. DeBaun, Special Administrative Law Judge. Before attending law school, he was a volunteer for two years in the Alliance for Catholic Education, which is part of the Americorp Program. As an ACE volunteer Mr. Hungeling served as a high school social studies teacher in Jackson, Mississippi.
